The genome of this virus contains RNA, the various types of which can infect humans, birds and many mammals and cause various symptoms and disorders in their bodies. The first documented report of the epidemic and the widespread outbreak of the disease in human society is considered having started after the First World War. The use of scientific resources and therapeutic experiences in dealing with this epidemic can be helpful in choosing therapeutic approaches and fighting various infectious diseases, including influenza in the present time. Methods: This article has been conducted by literature review in national and international reliable scientific online databases. Results: Influenza virus causes infection in the respiratory system, which after a latency period of 2-3 days causes symptoms such as fever, myalgia, muscle pain, shortness of breath, cough, etc. The disease can be dangerous in people with underlying diseases such as cardiovascular, respiratory, diabetic and cancer patients and cause the highest mortality rate in them. There are three types of influenza virus: type A, which causes disease in humans and animals, type B, which causes disease in humans and mammals, and type C, which only affects humans. So far, there have been four pandemics of influenza in 1918-1919, 1958-1957, 1968 and 2009, regardless of the type of virus that causes it, in terms of the incidence and mortality, the first pandemic 1918-1919, closely after World War I (1914-1918), stands on the top. Conclusion: Influenza has become epidemic, both seasonal and epidemic, as well as pandemics, killing millions and causing irreparable damage, as well as financial costs and damage to the global economy. Although the current conditions of medical knowledge and the facilities and equipment required in each historical period are different from each other and sometimes incomparable with the present, basic principles such as improving knowledge and level of public health literacy, personal hygiene and strict implementation of social guidelines, access Vaccination and immunization of people in the community, as well as access to effective drugs for viral infections, have been among the most important foundations and essential achievements in the fight against the spread of influenza in human societies.}, keywords = {Influenza,Pandemic,Virus}, title_fa = {گذری بر آنفلوانزا و همه‌گیری‌های آن}, abstract_fa = {زمینه و هدف: آنفلوانزا، یک بیماری ویروسی واگیرداری است که ویروس عامل آن به خانواده ارتومیکسوویریده تعلق دارد. ژنوم این ویروسRNA دار می‌باشد که انواع گوناگون آن می‌تواند انسان، پرندگان و بسیاری از پستانداران را آلوده و نشانه‌های بیماری و اختلالات متعددی را در بدن آنها ایجاد نماید. اولین گزارش مستند همه‌گیری و شیوع بسیار گسترده این بیماری در جامعه بشری، که شروع آن را بعد از جنگ جهانی اول می‌دانند، در واقع اولین مواجهه جهانی با آن و کسب تجربه در این زمینه تاریخی بوده است. استفاده از اندوخته‌های علمی و تجارب درمانی در برخورد با این همه‌گیری، می‌تواند در انتخاب رویکردهای درمانی و مبارزه با انواع بیماری‌های عفونی از جمله آنفلوانزا نیز در دوران حاضر راهگشا باشد. روش‌ها: با استفاده از مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای از جمله بررسی متون و منابع علمی معتبر داخلی و بین‌المللی قابل دسترس از طریق پایگاه‌های رایانه‌ای، مقاله حاضر تدوین شده است. یافته‌ها: ویروس آنفلوانزا سبب ایجاد عفونت در دستگاه تنفسی می‌گردد که پس از یک دوره نهفتگی 2-3 روزه سبب آشکار شدن علائمی چون تب، کوفتگی بدن، درد عضلات، تنگینفس، سرفه و ... می‌شود. بیماری می‌تواند در کسانی‌که بیماری زمینه‌ای دارند مانند بیماران قلبی- عروقی، تنفسی، دیابتی و سرطانی خطرناک باشد و سبب بروز بیشترین میزان مرگ‌ومیر در آنان گردد. سه نوع ویروس آنفلوانزا وجود دارد که عبارتند از نوع A که در انسان و حیوانات، نوع B که در انسان و پستانداران و نوع C فقط در انسان ایجاد بیماری می‌نماید. تاکنون در 4 مقطع زمانی 1918-1919، 1958-1957، 1968 و 2009 همهگیری جهانی آنفلوانزا رخ داده است که در این میان صرف‌نظر از نوع ویروس عامل آن، از نظر میزان ابتلا و مرگ‌ومیر مقطع زمانی اول، که دقیقاً مصادف با دوران بعد از جنگ جهانی اول (1914-1918) بوده، در رده نخست جای دارد. نتیجه‌گیری: بیماری آنفلوانزا تاکنون هم بهصورت فصلی و اپیدمی و هم بهشکل دنیاگیر در جهان شیوع داشته است که میلیون‌ها نفر را به کام مرگ کشانده و انواع آسیب‌های جبران‌ناپذیر و همچنین هزینه‌های مالی و خسارات زیادی را بر اقتصاد جهانی تحمیل نموده است. گرچه شرایط روز دانش پزشکی و امکانات و تجهیزات مورد نیاز در هر دوره تاریخی متفاوت از یکدیگر و گاه غیر قابل مقایسه با حال حاضر می‌باشد، ولی اصول اساسی مانند ارتقاء دانش و سطح سواد سلامت عمومی، رعایت بهداشت فردی و اجرای دقیق دستورالعمل‌های اجتماعی، دسترسی به واکسن و انجام فرایند ایمنسازی افراد جامعه و نیز دسترسی به داروهای مؤثر در عفونتهای ویروسی، از مهم‌ترین بنیان‌ها و دستاوردهای ضروری مبارزه با گسترش آنفلوانزا در جوامع بشری بوده است.}, keywords_fa = {آنفلوانزا,همه گیری,ویروس}, url = {https://www.jmedbehrazm.ir/article_126849.html}, eprint = {https://www.jmedbehrazm.ir/article_126849_70e1cadec43cae4b8eebf5fa919f2c4d.pdf} }
