Abstract
Background and Aim: Security and health are closely related. A healthy lifestyle based on the Iranian Islamic model is based on the foundations of security and health.
Methods: The present study was conducted using a library review method in reliable Islamic sources and original works on Islamic health and lifestyle.
Results: Quranic-based spiritual health is a paradigm that encompasses and governs other dimensions of health and all areas of education. Examples of Quranic teachings appropriate to the dimensions of healthy living and areas of education are presented in this study. A healthy lifestyle with the Iranian Islamic model, with an emphasis on Islamic principles and values, and authentic Iranian cultural customs and traditions, plays an important role in creating, strengthening, and sustaining individual and social security. This lifestyle helps create and sustain a safe and stable society by promoting Islamic ethics, order, and healthy individual, family, social, and professional relationships.
Conclusion: Adherence to Islamic teachings and authentic cultural customs leads to the attainment of two important divine blessings whose value is unknown, namely security and health in society. A Pure Life (Hayat Tayyibah) is the desired and ideal state of man based on Islamic teachings.
